Our On-Site Service Plan allows you the option to have one of our printer service technicians come to you. No matter where you are, we have certified service technicians available. Your printer can be repaired, serviced and maintained right at your location eliminating the need to take it offline, box it up, and send it to our printer service center in Mississauga. Our on-site service contract can also be arranged on `Block Hours` which covers the printers at your location. This contract has no expiration and covers labour only.
On-Demand and Material Service Plan
On-Demand and Material Service Plan allow you the flexibility to pay for maintenance and repairs only as you need them. You can utilize time and material service as often as you need it. This type of service is available for both Depot and On-Site Service Plans. A service technician will visit your location at specified intervals to perform any needed service to all of the printers at that designated location. All work is estimated and pre-authorized before any work is performed.
All Service Agreements include printer inspection, cleaning, lubrication, alignment and calibration, ensuring optimum performance and minimizing the risk of future problems.
